We had the inaugural visit of eldest's girlfriend today.

We behaved ourselves. Did nothing to embarrass.

Still she appeared completely and utterly terrified.

I tried to calm her with little known facts such as 'Did you know sharks only ever attack wet humans' but still she shook.

Strange.
