Rothbury lights

I took my camera out today but the battery died. in fact it was so wet and grey that there was no hope of a decent shot.

We dropped Carole at the bus in Morpeth when I went to the optician. It was so lovely of her to come up to visit. Mr C drove the pair of us via Tyne Tunnel to a village south of Filey. I took my gems from Pakistan to a silversmith there to discuss them being made up into a ring and a bangle. Fingers crossed! The journey took almost 7 hours there and back, in continual rain.

We stopped at the co-op in the village on the way home to pick up a pizza for supper as we were both tired after a busy few days. We are going to veg out with a bottle of red and a few episodes of Black Earth Rising.
