Theft

I didn’t want to get out of my bed this morning, but I had to make sure BB got off to school.  After a slow-sih start, I did take myself out for a  run.  It was chilly and windy and I still have the tail end of my cold.  I managed a slow and steady five miles.  It was nice in the sun, when the wind was behind me.  I then hung out loads of washing and got most of it dried by the time the rain came.  That made me happy.

I popped out in the afternoon to pick up a few bits and pieces and got wet on my way home.  I did a few chores and prepared tea.  Later I dropped BB at scouts.

This is one of a number of plaques that I walked past this afternoon – a bit of local history. This week's home economics offering was chocolate cake (extra).
