Birthday Walk

While we see a lot of birthdays on blip today is M's normal annual birthday. We went out for a nice family meal last night and this morning we threw the guys over the fence and headed up the hill.
We actually had the dogs in the boot ready to drive to Leanachan or Achaderry then decided on the green option. Bruce and Caley must have been confused at such an odd routine. It was a choice that met with the dogs approval and given the misty views across to the mountains M and I are were quite happy too.
These apparently stationary banks of mist rolled silently across the slopes and in just a few seconds the view was clear and sharp and then the curtain was closed again. This is a sort of in between shot.

Caley has brought me his stick and I am using it to keep him still till the camera clicks. Please note I an enticing, not threatening him with it.

Both dogs have been previous birthday presents for M. Even now I can't believe we have two dogs, mayhem, madness but very loyal family pets. And, of course they get you out of the house.
