Hadrian’s Wall

C and I set off after the others to meet up on the wall. We, on our way out, met the others on their way back to their cars at Steel Rigg. We decided to walk on to Housesteads while they went to Vindalanda(?) to see the museum. I think that we made the right decision- it was a lovely walk through a great landscape. We grabbed a hot drink at the Housesteads shop and just made it back before the light disappeared and the rain came
