When is a rock not a rock? When it's an artificial rock complete with flecks of mica. You can fool some of the people some of the time . . . oh that's something else. This is to disguise a big green electricity utility box. Like the remaining offshore oil wells at Long Beach, CA were disguised with colourful, angular structures which retained the shape of derricks. It's been over thirty years since I was down that way. Are they still there I wonder?
