Crystal clear

It's been a while since I blipped, but I was testing out some battery lights which I'm going to use on my living room mantlepiece over the festive season, and I noticed that my quartz and my clear calcite, which are normally kept quite shaded (sunlight + crystals = fire risk), were looking rather special.
The calcite had little rainbows too!
