Backblip

Woke with no voice at all this morning but I felt reasonably ok. I was fine yesterday but had felt it coming on just before I went to the film. I went down to church but we managed to get some cover for the morning service. I cancelled the rest of the day and went home. I then went down hill rapidly and spent the day in bed.
