Frost and mist about this morning, in Inverness. A view to the town centre, and Tomnahurich hill (cemetery), from a top floor widow at work.
That scaffolding's still up (untouched/unused) around the steeple of the Old High Kirk. Heard recently that the weather cock is temporarily in the museum, whilst it's being restored. Must pay a visit there. (The steeple, back in April).
[Edit] I suspect that the weather cock that someone referred to, was from the top of the Town Clock Steeple that's being worked upon too. The weather vane (it isn't a weather cock) is missing from the Old High Kirk. Unless both were in the museum for restoration at the same time...
