Anthurium

So the working week draws to a close with yet another day of absolutely frightful weather.  Constant icy cold rain, gusty blustery wind, and temperatures to make fingertips numb. Haven't seen the sun, and today, couldn't even see the Bosphorus, visibility was so poor.  Several colleagues feeling wretched with seasonal disorders and a fairly busy day at school, so, looks like an evening at home with several cats (!), Netflix and knitting. 

The anthurium, or Laceleaf potted plant is one of several lining a wall in the student Commons, providing some much needed and rather festive colour on this dullsville grey end of November day. That went quick...
