Pickled

To celebrate my wife’s birthday (and achieve in my target of clearing my desk by the end of the month) we were out for a meal. Delicious mixture of quality Scottish produce infused with Japanese overtones.

Started off with a sous-vide gin and Noilly Pratt, with pickled silverskin onions.
