Adios until next year

No time for a blip today, so just an emergency shot from the plane after take off! Not even sure which is,a d that is i. the shot, certainly not Tenerife....possibly La Gomera.

Whilst sat in thr airport I decided to calculate our steps over the month we have been away.
Total is 310,000 Steps, approx 155 miles walked in 25 days.....sounds a lot but amounts to around 6 miles a day. Just hope when I get on the scales, all the walking has paid off :-/

We are home now, cases unpacked, mounds of laundry to attack, but not until after a good nights sleep.
