I was firmly on domestic duties today and I really didn't venture far at all. One of my girls was off school feeling under the weather and I was quite happy to get on with stuff at home...as well as finish watching the film I'd started last night.

The new film from Gus Van Sant features Joaquin Phoenix and Jonah Hill on excellent form as well as roles for Kim Gordon, Carrie Brownstein and Beth Ditto. It was actually pretty decent all round I reckon, certainly far better than the review of it that I wish I hadn't read beforehand.
