Leaving the city

Ever since the year long roadworks gridlocked Manchester I really have noticed less people driving in during the evening.
It’s not the victory you would imagine. The train service is now so unreliable I would guess people have just given up. The morning drive in has shown just how many people now no longer trust the train to get them in reliably for work.
