From the Top

Opposite view from yesterday’s blip, albeit not a clear one but the best I can do today. At the very top of the hill you cannot see cars coming up or down from the other direction when driving because the road blocks the view. A good place to take extra breaths. A bad place to take pictures while driving so I hoofed it.

This is the site of the annual pumpkin roll. High school students secretly decide which night to have a truckload of pumpkins dumped at the top of Grove Hill, then slide down on the pumpkin slime. The objective (besides fun) is to see who can slide down the farthest.
