The great orange wall of Oz

Here we go ,a different perspective of yesterdays blip.
I call it this because it appears ,it was done by an australian artist while we were away on holiday.It definitely has the colors to be an aussie painting.I was hoping a chch blipper might know the full story.
I love it!
We have so many empty spaces now,its great to see all this color and energy being put back into a city that needs it.
The government might be saying that everything is great down here but two years of quakes have definitely taken their toll on the people of Christchurch.People are stressing out far too easily.
Lets hope they start looking a little closer and doing something about it !
