the weather has been stunning and i needed to get out of the house, yet still maintain my personally imposed sequestration, so i decided to take a drive up to madera canyon.

madera cayon state park is located in the coronado national forest. it's only about 13 miles from my town, actually half the distance it is to tubac. but it feels the opposite because the way to tubac is highway and the way to madera is narrow, twisty road.

i didn't stay long, however, because i felt a weakness developing in my left hand, which i will detail in tomorrow's blip - and which will also explain the lack of capital letters.

edit: interestingly, same day last year i was in madera canyon.
