Visiting Sally

Emma and I drove over to see our lovely friend Sally who has had a hip replacement, the operation has gone really well and she is no longer in burning pain, she is very sore and in the early stages of recuperation but was still able to walk around the lake at the local Aquadrome, We had lunch together at the café there, she had real cabin fever and was very grateful to get out of the house as she is not allowed to drive yet and they live in quite a rural location not near any shops or cafés or anything.
