Wednesday, Sugar and I started some chores, then rewarded ourselves by going to the movies to see the new "Grinch" movie.  Growing up, my family always traveled to see family in the big city over the Thanksgiving break.  We did city things.  It is the only time I remember going to the movies when I was young.  We did it almost every year.  Such fond memories for me.  As a parent, I have followed that tradition, and Sugar and I go to the movies sometime over the break each year as well.  I love this tradition.  

In the evening, while I painted rocks, Sugar painted her nails. She likes having her nails look nice, but swimming hasn't allowed it.
