Margaret Drabble and Stephen Moss

I was fortunate to attend with a friend, a discussion between the novelist Margaret Drabble and the Nature writer, Stephen Moss at Strode Theatre, Street, this evening. The topics ranged from her writing to the Somerset Coast accompanied by slides . It was to raise money for Somerset Wildlife Trust Coadts appeal and I'm sure that they will have done well .
It made me want to read her novels again . Her house at Porlock Weir is in an enviable position overlooking the little harbour. Her son Joe Swift used to be a regular on Gardeners World.
