A day of two halves... both good.

Finished (by the skin of my teeth) my first draft of my dissertation. 5000 words thank you very much, although it will most certainly be a little jumbled due to not having time to reread what I wrote properly. So most likely it's just three days of scrawls shoved onto a page.

Went out for an almost Christmas Christmas meal at 8-bar (home of the famously incredible burgers) before Hand Bar (for another night of warm mulled cherry beer -- yes, it's amazing).
