Sunshine after rain!

We've had a drop of rain, but now the sun's come out. The River Ouse is on the right hand side of image. The photograph illustrates how the flood defences operate by holding flood water and allowing it to drain away slowly, instead of inundating the City. That's the theory anyway! The City of York is on the horizon.
