Needs A Wash

Another trip to Darlington to look after MIL today. Usual thing…coffee at her house, then out for lunch and shopping, back to her place for tea and cake!

Horrid drive home in pouring rain which was blowing horizontally across the carriageway of the A1.

Back home after dark, so just a quick walk round the village with Finlay. Last week I had spotted this dirty car parked at the top of this hill…(which used to lead to a tunnel under the old A1, but when the A1 was moved a new bridge was built and the tunnel was filled in and blocked off, leaving this as a dead end).

Anyway, the car was still there and doesn't appear to have been moved or cleaned in the last week.

As I was taking the shot another car drove up the hill, illuminating under the parked car. The camera was level...the hill really is quite steep.
