New methods

After Tricia's course on Saturday, a new policy this year for the vegetable patch. A no dig policy. My back is already cheering. 
Instead the worst weeds were removed, compost spread, a fine layer of sheep manure and then polythene laid all in anticipation of summer vegetables.
