The weekend - Yippee!!

Handed in two essays today - A lovely weight off my shoulders. Shopping for our Secret Santa Sinterklaas tomorrow (Dutch name for St. Nicholas). We're exchanging presents on Wednesday evening and have to write a poem about the person as well! I am going to have to go on a hunt for my creativity... last time I saw it was in England ages ago!

Gluten free apple pie - It was a bit dry but it wasn't my recipe so thats ok! but the apple was lovely and the taste was there :)
