and, as far as I know,
cat doesn’t eat cat.

Cat eats bird, and mouse, and shrew
and fish.

Big cats eat zebras and giraffes.

I eat fish and lamb and cow
and chicken and turkey
and pig

but I wouldn’t eat a creature like you
blackbird

and I wouldn’t eat sparrow
or robin
or thrush

nor a chihuahua
nor a poodle

and not a spaniel.

I wouldn’t even eat a sausage dog
unless I was starving

I mean really starving.

Perhaps then I’d eat anything.
