fireside

while walking the labyrinth this morning, I noticed that a cold easterly wind had suddenly arrived. By early afternoon, it had brought in the rain so the best place to be was by the fireside, copying out my choir words. We have 5 concerts over the festive season, the first of these is less than two weeks away, on December 8th at Loch Arthur. About half of the songs are not in English (Georgian, Breton, Spanish , German and Russian etc) so they require a bit of work as we are encouraged not to have books in our hands on the day of the performance. The music is all lovely and I have punctuated my copying-out by watching other choirs sing on YouTube. 

The garden has been untouched today :-)
