Twin rainbows

It was still quite cloudy and very windy today but it gave us a chance to wander round the resort and check out the amenities. Both my daughter and young L ventured into the swimming pool but the outside temperature was a tad cool for me to join them. We were quite busy this afternoon as we had successfully asked if we could move to a different apartment as our balcony was north facing and never in the sun. After our move we wandered down to the beach and I was mesmerised by the double rainbow which fell right into the sea. In the centre of the shot you can see all the sun beds and umbrellas folded away and stacked up ready for tomorrow while the life guard, who can be seen in a bright yellow waterproof in the middle of the shot, was still on duty but was sensibly under a big umbrella as there were quite heavy, albeit brief, showers which sent folk, including ourselves dashing for cover.
