Knee jerk reaction

Today's blip was photographed by my gorgeous girlfriend Nikki. It's too bad that she has to listen to me complain about my aching limbs and my creaking joints.

Unfortunately I've had a little trouble with my knees for a few months now (stemming from an over-eagerness on the football field) and despite my best efforts, they're not responding as well as the physio would like.

Whilst I'm sure they'll eventually come good, the prospect of surgery (ssshhh) has been mooted once or twice. We're just giving them every chance of recovering through natural means first - especially given our impending situation.
