At last!

I finally tracked down some pickling vinegar for the impatient and gave it a whirl.

I had some warming tomato soup when I got in after freezing at Leo’s footie training and plopped this lovely pickle onion and courgette combo on top. It was delicious!

I will now be pickling everything in sight!
