There Is A Light That Never Goes Out

Another boring monday. Managed 14k with the guys but ankle still hurting - not seeing much difference with the insoles but guess it's going to take a while.

Dull day; here's a pic of a lamp in the lounge.

Off out to the cinema - hope I can stay awake.
