Branching out.

Only saw Mike & Vic this morning at the gym, and after a session on the bike, I walked away, and realized  I didn't have my bottle or towel. As I walked back to get them, Mike said,  she's really lost her bottle, and I replied, no I've lost my rag:-)  Mike went to see his consultant last week, and he decided to increase his  medication.  Every day since, he has been much worse, and he seems very depressed.  Took this photo of a robin. sitting on a branch while I was waiting for J. He looks very well fed, or plumped up.  A lovely sunny day, although the forecast for the rest of the week is for wet & windy weather. Did all my washing today, and dried it, so I'm happy about that.
