Birmingham

After a 5-hour train journey to Birmingham, I spotted this fine Lego statue of Brummie legend Noddy Holder. It took four people 260 hours to make with 43,450 bricks, and is being used to raise money for the Birmingham Children's Hospital. Naturally I donated, and would have put in my bus fare, had I known that the buses here have contactless payment. In the event, the latter didn't work, but the driver let me on anyway. The stock of Birmingham bus drivers has risen considerably in my eyes - after encountering a most unhelpful and miserable driver on my last visit!
