Unbeaten

Back to Big D this morning.  My weight wasn't too bad, so my trip wasn't bad news after all and I hadn't retained much fluid.  I had been very careful, treading a fine line between trying to remain hydrated but not drinking too much that I retain it.

Off to a friends then to watch the last of the autumn internationals.  Wales beat South Africa which meant we were unbeaten this autumn, the first time in many, many years.

I've done my unpacking, so I can put my fridge magnets up now.
