Kelpies

Steve and I went to Scotland for the weekend to visit family.

It was a great weekend and I am so pleased we got to spend some quality time with the family and I'm really looking forward to New Years at home.

On the plane there and back I watched Outlaw - King.  A movie with Chris Pine as Robert The Bruce.  Oh Em Gee..... it was incredibly good and I found myself feeling massively patriotic afterwards.

Friday night - delays on sleazy jet - shocker.

On the Saturday we went to Falkirk with my sister and the kids to see the Kelpies and then in the evening we had a nice quiet one chatting, playing pictionary and chilling out in the house.

Sunday (today) an up and early one as we went to see my mum and dad for breakfast.

There is never enough time to do it all but luckily New Year is just around the corner.
