Saturday: Joint

Well, I nearly missed taking a photo today. Thank goodness for my iPhone shot of our joint of pork.

We had Pam and Joy, and Blye and Jim, for dinner. Karen cooked the most amazing slow-cooked Moroccan pork. Before that we had home-made sesame toasts and chicken pâté. My contribution was to make a honeycomb ice cream which tasted fine and went down well but hadn’t set hard enough.

Anyway, in the fun of the evening and distracted by the lively conversations, I forgot to take photos.
