West from Wideford Hill
This is the first day, I think, where ice has formed overnight on puddles and has not melted during the day. I took a walk up Wideford Hill which my windows at home look on. There are beautiful views all round from the top, though it is also the site of many radio/TV masts. There are also the remnants of wartime radio communications stations as well. This shot looks toward the area called Firth after Wide Firth, the body of water shown (and over which the moon rose in my posting from on Wednesday). The village is Finstown. I had set an effect on the amera and forgot to turn it off. It's the 'miniature' effect.
