Taken on our way home from the Service of Thanksgiving for our Organist and Choirmaster, George Wilson, who died suddenly earlier this month.

The CEMC choir was joined by members of the Garleton Singers, for whom George was accompanist, to sing one of his favourite anthems, Every Time I Feel The Spirit, arranged by Bob Chilcott. It was so good to see old friends and newer friends among the many that attended.

George always said how much he valued his time with us but we will miss his silly stories and vast musical talent.
