The Wallace Monument

Now we’re staying with Cookie, who is going to put a new engine in Myfanwy this winter, so she’s also staying with him for now.

His day job as Mr Fixit takes him all about here and there and he’s been up to the monument to fix wobbly flagstones several times. Today was the first time he’d been a paying customer and gone up the tower. It was a wee bit breezy up the top!

The extra is Myfanwy on Cookie’s drive, eagerly awaiting the building of the new garage at the bottom of th garden, where she will hibernate for the winter.
