suet snatcher

I had to take this shot from inside, and a fair distance back from the sliding door, because Laney and this squirrel have a game going on. Everytime Laney sees the squirrel at the suet feeder, she goes into a frenzy until I let her out onto the deck. Then the squirrel goes into a frenzy running all over the deck and chattering threats. Then Laney barks and the squirrel takes a flying leap off the deck. All rather entertaining, I must say. But very hard to photograph. So this is a stealth shot, before Laney noticed.
