Home-made

R used to swear by her bread machine, but about a year ago she was bitten by the sourdough bug, and the machine is now gathering dust. She brought the wherewithal from home, so we were treated to freshly baked bread for breakfast. I'm most impressed ... her method is quite different from mine, so I'll be trying it when I get home. With French flour of course, so it may not be quite the same.
