Great Vic Bike Ride Day 1

The GVBR has begun. Up just before six this morning and off to school.

Once we’d packed all the bikes in the trailer, we headed to Bright.

We’ve set up our camp and had something to eat.

We’ve had one melt down from a student already; she’s been patched up and is okay. It’s a big deal to be away from your family for nine days, doing something which challenges you mentally and physically and gives you no privacy.

I know it’s tough because I find it hard too. Very rewarding though!

Can’t wait to get on the bike tomorrow!
