Sick visitors

After yesterday’s trip out, Arth was a bit swollen and grumpy, but did his exercises well.

Alistair came over and brought soup for my lunch. He is seen here enjoying a cuppa, although beer, particularly Timothy Taylor’s, is his preferred drink.

He is now on a strict diet so no biscuits were consumed in the making of this blip! His epiphany came when he caught sight of himself in a mirror in a shop changing room.

Brian (across the road) took Mum to the opticians to have her new specs tightened. We are cautiously optimistic that the new lenses are OK.

Steve appeared after lunch with frozen casseroles made by Lesley. That’s something to look forward to.

It’s good to hear news from the outside world.

And so another day draws to a close.
