Standing Room Only

The Sunday crowds packed Playa Los Muertos even more so because it is a holiday weekend. Puerto Vallarta's icon pier is almost covered up by the umbrellas of those enjoying an afternoon at the beach. There was little room to walk, never mind trying to set up even one more umbrella, but that didn't deter families from arriving even as the sun headed for the horizon.
