Birdlife South Africa's 34th Birding Big Day gets underway tomorrow.

Approx 300 teams nationally have registered to participate, and from 00h01 to 23h59, will be out in the field having fun and enjoying themselves.

Organisers hope that the 24 hour BBD record of 652 species will be surpassed.

Looking forward to a fulfilling day out in the open.
