Summer is just........

.......around the corner. 
 When the jacarandas thrill us with their colourful display, we know that summer is not far away. The colour this year is stunning as we have had such a fabulously wet winter and spring. 
I just love them, although I have memories of many bee stings from walking  (or running) through the fallen flowers in bare feet. And prickles. But that's another story ;-))
