1490. My second auction buy....

This was the one I was really after in this lot at the auction....the pretty gold band was a bonus...but this was the one I wanted and I’m so pleased that I got it at such a low hammer price thanks to the patience of my hubby who sat through hundreds of lots to secure this! I’m not sure why it wasn’t in with the rest of the jewellery so I’m guessing it was a late addition to the auction and as all of the jewellery had gone at this point that the usual dealers had left ....bonus for me!
It was very dirty so a bit of gentle cleaning and it’s all sparkly again...no hallmarks so I’m guessing it might be foreign made and it has a very unusual setting as the band goes right through the stone setting..I’m very chuffed!
