The Remarkables

The Remarkable mountains are in Queenstown, and are spectacular the way they just rise up and dominate the area.
We had a super drive home to Wanaka, stopping iff in Queenstown for lunch, then visiting a friend in Arrowtown before we picked up Frida from the kennels. She had a great stay, and is exhausted! Billy and George were very pleased to see us.
It is a lovely mild evening, and we still have the French Doors open. A lovely few days away, but great to be home again.
