Monument to the national flag

The National Historic Monument to the Flag is a symbolic construction of the city of Rosario, in the Argentine Republic. It is located in the National Flag Park, in the place where General Manuel Belgrano first raised the Flag of Argentina, on the banks of the Paraná River.
