Bread?

There are stalls everywhere selling this product. It has EU DOC status as a product which can only carry this name if it is produced in Krakov. When I was told about it I could not have written the name, but the picture does that for me.

Well I have tried it and it is quite nice, but it does taste remarkably like bread.

Apparently 160,000 of these are sold every day in Krakow, but I am suddenly getting the feeling I may have said that a couple of days ago. Or maybe that was in a personal message.
